INVITACIONES & PAPELERIA PERSONALIZADAS

- ¿Cuál es el plazo de entrega para las invitaciones personalizadas?
Las invitaciones personalizadas se hacen completamente a medida para vosotros, por lo que los plazos de entrega son mayores que en unas invitaciones elegidas de entre nuestras Colecciones.
Lo idóneo es comenzar 2 meses antes de la fecha de entrega y se aconseja empezar con las invitaciones 5/6 meses antes del enlace.
Os dejamos un planning orientativo para llegar con tiempo a la fecha propuesta para la entrega. Se requiere un compromiso por ambas partes para que el trabajo sea coordinado y más efectivo.
Semana 1-2: Nos reunimos con vosotros mediante videollamada y hacemos una consultoría individualizada.
Elección de estilos, número de invitaciones, servicios elegidos, colores, tipografías, ilustraciones e ideas, propuesta de presupuesto, validación y primer pago.
Semana 3: Propuestas de diseño en base a la idea elegida. Borradores y primeros cambios para ajustarnos a vuestro gusto.
Semana 4-5: Primer envío digital. Iremos ajustando la propuesta hasta conseguir el diseño definitivo.
Semana 6: Elección de papeles y envío de la invitación de muestra. Últimas correcciones.
Semanas 7-8: Imprenta, montaje y entrega.
Se recomienda hacer videollamadas frecuentemenete (cada 1 o 2 semanas) para una mejor resolución de las dudas que se puedan tener sobre el diseño, por nuestra parte y/o por parte de las parejas.
Para aquellos que tengan unos plazos más ajustados haremos todo lo posible por adaptarnos a sus circunstancias. En cualquier caso, se trata de una papelería hecha a mano y preferimos dedicarle a cada proyecto su debido tiempo.
- ¿Podemos imprimir las ilustraciones personalizadas por nuestra cuenta?
Destacar que trabajamos de la mano de una imprenta y una papelería, y por motivos de confianza y para un correcto uso de nuestras creatividadades, preferimos que siga siendo así.
En caso de transferir nuestros archivos a terceros o querer usar dichos archivos/ ilustraciones para otros fines, tendrán que solicitarnos el documento de cesión de derechos, que será firmado por ambas partes, para poder utilizalo libremente para el proposito especifico, saltándose la finalidad de su contratación y pagar su coste adicional.
- ¿Cuánto tiempo necesitamos para tener el papel y sobres?
Primero haremos revisión de nuestro stock. Es importante saber que trabajamos con una imprenta y una papelería, por lo cual estamos sujetos a sus tiempos de entrega.
Igualmente, aconsejamos que se elijan los sobres lo antes posible ya que el tiempo estimado de encargo está entorno a 2 semanas y en momentos concurridos de bodas, hemos llegado a esperar 1 mes. Por lo que es mejor adelantarnos lo máximo posible para que los plazos de papelería e ilustración vayan de la mano.
- ¿Cual es el método de pago para papelería personalizada?
Una vez validado el presupuesto inicial, se hace un pago por transferencia bancaria del 60% del total.
Tras el envío de la invitación de muestra y una vez validado el diseño final se procede al pago del 40% restante. En este segundo pago adaptaremos el presupuesto si durante ese tiempo se ha modificado la cantidad de invitaciones, cambios extra o si se ha añadido algún complemento más.
- ¿Cuántos cambios de diseño puedo hacer?
Las fases previas a comenzar con las ilustraciones definitivas son muy importantes para definir la idea principal y el estilo de la ilustración, de ahí que pidamos disponibilidad y análisis a la hora de validar propuestas e ideas. No pedimos que estéis disponibles 24h pero sí que haya una conversación bidireccional para poder marcar una buena comunicación.
Una vez hecha la ilustración podemos adaptarla y ajustarla hasta dar con el resultado que más os guste, sin embargo, aceptamos hasta 2 cambios de ajuste o color en la ilustración. A patir del segundo cambio, habrá un sobre coste de 15€ la hora de trabajo extra. Por eso recomendamos hacer un listdao de todos los cambios de una sola vez.
Lo mismo ocurrirá con otros servicios como Logotipos, meseros... etc. Los dos cambios serán para cada servicio de forma individual.
En el caso de que decidáis cambiar la idea de forma total, (por ejemplo, de una acuarela a un patrón floral) se cobrará el trabajo realizado completo y se empezará de cero.
- ¿Puedo pedir más de una modificación dentro de esos dos cambios?
Si, los cambios pueden realizarse agrupando varias modificaciones en una de las revisiones. De hecho, agradecemos muchísimo que nos digáis todos los cambios a realizar de una sola vez para poder llegar al resultado final mejor y dentro del máximo de cambios sin coste.
- ¿Puedo hacer cambios tras recibir la muestra?
Sí, la invitación de muestra se envía una vez validado el diseño por lo que suele haber pocos cambios después y la mayoría tienen que ver con el tamaño de la letra, el texto o ajustes de color.
INVITACIONES & PAPELERIA DE NUESTRAS COLECCIONES
- ¿Plazos de entrega ?
Os dejamos un planning orientativo de un pedido de colección:
24-48 horas: Recibimos tu pedido desde la web y os enviamos un formulario para que rellenéis con los datos de la boda, fechas y texto. Además en ese formulario tendréis opciones de personalización de vuestro modelo: podréis elegir entre varias tipografías y colores hasta hacerla vuestra. Nuestra colecciones van de la mano de unas tipografías en concreto que van acorde con el estilo.
Semana 1: Envío del en pdf el diseño final para la validación.
Se hará una segunda ronda de cambios si fuese necesario.
Semana 2: Validado el diseño por vuestra parte, se procede a las fases de imprenta y montaje.
Recibiréis vuestra papelería de colección en casa en un máximo de 2-3 semanas tras la confirmación del pedido.
- ¿Se puede personalizar un modelo de la colección?
Si, consideramos que dentro del precio estipulado de la colección puede haber cambios de texto, tipografías y color. En el caso de ir más allá, cambiando patrones o añadiendo otro tipo de elementos, lo consideraríamos como una invitación personalizada. Haríamos devolución de la compra y se reharia desde el apartado de personalizada.
Nuestros modelos de colección están pensadas en nuestro estilo y gusto y creadas con mucho mimo y cariño.
Una invitación personalizada no tiene porqué ser mucho más cara que una de colección. Solo queremos asegurarnos que tenéis lo que os gusta realmente uno de los días más importantes de vuestra vida.
- ¿Puedo recibir una muestra de un modelo de invitación de una colección?
Sí, cualquiera de nuestras invitaciones de colección las podéis solicitar como muestras antes de hacer vuestro pedido.
Tienen un coste de 5€ o 7€ (si es sobre rústico o simple).
Sería una muestra del modelo que véis en la web, sin cambios de texto ni color, pero os permitirá apreciar la calidad de nuestro papel y sobres y la impresión.

ENCARGOS DE ILUSTRACIONES & REGALOS PARA LOS INVITADOS
- ¿Cómo puedo pediros un retrato digital?
Podéis contactar con nosotros por e-mail o por el formulario de contacto.
En el mensaje debes especificarnos cuantas personas (o animales) saldrán en el retrato y qué formato prefieres (A5,A4 o A3). Te enviaremos en menos de 48 horas tu hoja de pedido para hacer la compra y te solicitaremos la fotografía para hacer el retrato digital.
Primero te enviaremos el retrato por email por si quieres hacer alguna modificación antes de la impresión y finalmente lo recibirás impreso en el papel que elijas: fotográfico o mate de 250gr.

- ¿Cuánto tiempo tardaré en recibir el retrato digital?
Habitualmente los plazos de entrega para un retrato digital son de 2-3 semanas, aunque siempre dependerá de la complejidad del retrato. Cuando nos escribas el mensaje te diremos una fecha aproximada de entrega.
- ¿Tenéis ideas de regalos para los invitados?
Si, podemos hacer ilustraciones por encargo para regalar ese día. Tanto retratos como recordatórios o llevar a cabo vuestras ideas.

PERSONALIZED INVITATIONS & STATIONERY
- What is the delivery time for personalized invitations?
The personalized invitations are made completely to your liking, so the production periods are longer than in most invitations chosen from our Collections.
The ideal is to start 2 months before the delivery date and it is advisable to start with the invitations 5/6 months before the wedding.
Here is an explanatory planning to reach the desired delivery date in time. A commitment from both parts is required for the work to be coordinated and more effective.
Week 1-2: Meeting with you via video call to get an individualized consultation.
Choice of styles, number of invitations, chosen services, colors, fonts, illustrations and ideas, budget proposal, validation and first payment.
Week 3: Design proposals based on the chosen idea. Drafts and first changes to adjust the invitations to your liking.
Week 4-5: First digital shipment. We will adjust the proposal until we get the final design.
Week 6: Choice of papers and sending of the sample invitation. Latest fixes.
Weeks 7-8: Printing, assembly and delivery.
It is recommended to make frequent video calls (every 1 or 2 weeks) for a better resolution of any doubts that may be had about the design, on our part and/or on your part.
For those who have tighter deadlines, we will do our best to adapt to your circumstances. In any case, it is a handmade stationery and we prefer to dedicate a fix amount of time to each project.
- Can we print the custom artwork by ourselves?
It should be noted that we work hand in hand with a printing company and a stationery store, and for reasons of trust and for the correct use of our creativity, we prefer that it continues to be that way.
In case of transferring our files to third parties or wanting to use said files/illustrations for other purposes, they will have to ask us for the transfer of rights document, which will be signed by both parties, in order to be able to use it freely for the purpose intended, paying and extra fee.
- How much time do we need to have the paper and envelopes ready?
First we will review our stock. It is important to know that we work with a printing company and a paper & stationery store, for which we are subject to their delivery times.
Likewise, we advise that the envelopes be chosen as soon as possible since the estimated order time is around 2 weeks and at busy wedding times, we have had to wait 1 month. Therefore, it is better to anticipate as much as possible so that the deadlines for stationery and illustration go hand in hand.
- What is the payment method for personalized stationery?
Once the initial budget has been validated, a payment is made by bank transfer of 60% of the total.
After sending the sample invitation and once the final design has been validated, the remaining 40% is paid. In this second payment we will adapt the budget if during that time the number of invitations has been modified, extra changes or if any other complement has been added.
- How many design changes can I make?
The phases prior to starting with the final illustrations are very important to define the main idea and the style of the illustration, which is why we ask for availability and analysis when validating proposals and ideas. We do not ask that you be available 24 hours a day, but we do ask that there be a two-way conversation in order to establish good communication.
Once the illustration is done, we can adapt and adjust it until we find the result that you like the most, however, we accept up to 2 adjustment or color changes in the illustration. From the second change, there will be an additional cost of €15 per hour of extra work. That's why we recommend making a list of all the changes at once.
The same will happen with other services such as Logos, seat markers... etc. The two changes will be for each service individually.
In the event that you decide to change the idea completely, (for example, from a watercolor to a floral pattern) the complete work done will be charged and you will start from scratch.
- Can I request more than one modification within those two changes?
Yes, changes can be made by grouping several modifications in one of the revisions. In fact, we greatly appreciate that you tell us all the changes to be made at once in order to reach the best final result and within the maximum number of changes at zero cost.
- Can I make changes after receiving the sample?
Yes, the sample invitation is sent once the design has been validated, so there are usually few changes afterwards and most of them have to do with the size of the font, the text or color adjustments.
INVITATIONS & STATIONERY FROM OUR COLLECTIONS
- Delivery times?
We leave you an indicative planning of a collection invitation:
24-48 hours: We receive your order from the web and we send you a form to fill in with the wedding data, dates and text. In addition, in this form you will have customization options for your model: you can choose between various fonts and colors until you make it your own. Our collections go hand in hand with specific fonts that are consistent with the style.
Week 1: Sending of the final design in pdf for validation.
A second round of changes will be made if necessary.
Week 2: Once the design has been validated by you, we proceed to the printing and assembly phases.
You will receive your collection stationery at home in a maximum of 2-3 weeks after order confirmation.
- Can a model from the collection be customized?
Yes, we consider that within the stipulated price of the collection there may be changes in text, fonts and color. In the case of going further into changing patterns or adding other types of elements, we would consider it as a personalized invitation. We would return the purchase and it would be redone from the personalized section.
Our collection models are designed in our style and taste and created with great care and affection.
A personalized invitation does not have to be much more expensive than a collection one. We just want to make sure you have what you really like on one of the most important days of your life.
- Can I receive a sample of an invitation template from a collection?
Yes, you can request any of our collection invitations as samples before placing your order.
They have a cost of €5 or €7 (if it is rustic or simple).
It would be a sample of the model you see on the web, without text or color changes, but it will allow you to appreciate the quality of our paper and envelopes and printing.

If you finally place your order, we will discount the cost of the sample in the final budget.
ILLUSTRATIONS ORDERS & GIFTS FOR GUESTS
- How can I order a digital portrait from you?
You can contact us by e-mail or by the contact form.
In the message you must specify how many people (or animals) will appear in the portrait and what format you prefer (A5, A4 or A3). We will send you your order form in less than 48 hours to make the purchase and we will request a photograph to make the digital portrait.
First we will send you the portrait by email in case you want to make any changes before printing and finally you will receive it printed on the paper you choose: 250gr photographic or matte.

- How long will it take to receive the digital portrait?
Delivery times for a digital portrait are usually 2-3 weeks, although it will always depend on the complexity of the portrait. When you write us the message we will tell you an approximate delivery date.
- Do you have gift ideas for guests?
Yes, we can make custom illustrations to give away that day. Both portraits and reminders or any idea you have.
